User Provisioning: With the Personio and Yokoy integration, the onboarding process is streamlined. When a new employee profile is created in Personio, it is automatically synchronized with Yokoy. This eliminates manual data entry and ensures a smooth onboarding experience.
User Deprovisioning: When an employee leaves the company, their Yokoy account is automatically deactivated based on the termination date recorded in Personio. This ensures that access to Yokoy is promptly revoked upon employee departure, enhancing security measures.
User Data Management: Yokoy stays synchronised with Personio, ensuring that employee data remains up-to-date. Any changes made in Personio are automatically reflected in Yokoy, maintaining accuracy and consistency across both platforms.
